The fund is aimed at those less likely to participate such as: Living in areas of social and economic deprivation, experiencing or at risk of experiencing harm and neglect, are care experienced, in the early years (0-5) of their life, are neurodivergent, experiencing mental health illnesses, experience of the criminal justice system, young carers and homelessness.
