This service is available to households across Scotland, England, and Wales that require support to resolve any energy-related issue and are struggling to pay their energy bill. Budget Conversation 2027/28 – Resident Survey
West Dunbartonshire Council, like all councils, faces ongoing cost increases, from an anticipated real terms reduction in funding and increased demand for services. Just like your household budget, the Council is experiencing the impact of inflation including rising energy, goods and service delivery costs. The Council is legally required to set a balanced budget each year and, given the ongoing pressures and funding position the options available to them to continue delivering services in the same way are increasingly limited. Lived Experience Advisory Group
Would you like to help improve the response to missing people in Scotland? Have you or someone you love been affected by missing? Would you like to help make a difference in how missing people and their loved ones receive support in Scotland? Missing People is inviting individuals with lived experience to join their online groups. This is for people with direct experience of being missing or loved ones affected by someone going missing. Separate groups will be offered to help everyone feel comfortable sharing their experiences. Palliative Care and Care around Dying for NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde
NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC), in partnership with local HSCPs and Hospices, have been working on the development of a draft strategy on palliative care and care around dying for NHS GGC area. Throughout 2025 theyworked with local communities to hear about their lived experience of palliative care. This engagement helped inform this strategy and they would like to hear from you if you think they have got this right.
