A Huge Thank You – Self Management Assembly

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our 3rd Long Term Conditions Self Management Assembly in Clydebank Town Hall today. (29th April 2026)

Being able to manage a long term condition well can be life-changing and the Assembly provides a way to access a wide range of information and resources to help.

George Murphy, coordinating the day said, ‘This is our third assembly and interest has certainly grown over the last year. We are grateful to all the groups giving their time’.
