Workshop: Creating the Communities of the Future

How can we build stronger, more resilient neighbourhoods, that meet the needs of everyone?
This workshop, led by Verture as part of the Adaptation Scotland Programme, will explore how communities and community groups can build resilience in ways that connect with the issues and priorities that matter most to them. As we face a number of complex, overlapping challenges – from the climate crisis, to the cost of living crisis – how can we make sure that no-one is left behind?
The workshop has been organised by the Climate Action Hub, as part of the West Dunbartonshire Climate Week 7-11 September. For more than a decade, Verture has delivered the Adaptation Scotland programme, supporting communities, businesses and third sector organisations to build resilience and take practical action.
