Tackling Digital Exclusion

Do you struggle to get online, use digital technology or digital services?
This is called digital exclusion.

Audit Scotland carry out work to check whether public money is being used well and meets the needs of Scotland’s people.

They looked at how well the public sector in Scotland is tackling digital exclusion and what more it can do.

They heard from people who have experience of being excluded, and found that not enough is being done to make sure people can get online.

All public bodies have a role to play – they need to support and involve people in making sure they can access the services they need.
