Living Well in West Dunbartonshire

You can now find health and wellbeing information at libraries in Clydebank, Dumbarton and Alexandria.

It is never too early or too late to make changes to habits to feel better and stay well for longer.

Many of us don’t know that dementia can be linked to conditions such as diabetes, obesity, smoking and social isolation. But the good news is that small steps can help protect your brain and your heart.

Come and see us at one of the Living Well in West Dunbartonshire events and meet local services who can help.
